Tyler The Creator – Domo 23

Great single from Tyler’s album WOLF. He’s just so funny and he really doesn’t give a fuck, that’s got to be admired.

The Dirty RIvers – The Kid

They’re no Oasis, but they’ll do the job until they get back together, WHICH THEY WILL. I haven’t posted in forever but I’m back from the dead now (I’ve been moving home and shit, sorry guys)

Metronomy – A Thing For Me

Listened to this for the first time in ages, still as good as the first time. Really want to see them again, the awesome Metronomy.

Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs – Be Glamorous

Single off upcoming debut album ‘Clarietta’. Have a listen if you’re into Mystery Jets and Generationals. Looking forward to the album

Haim – Forever (Live on Jools Holland)

I’m a bit of a latecomer to Haim but I really liked their performance on Jools Holland a couple of weeks ago. Going to see them at Summer Stampede in London in July along with Edward Sharpe, Vampire Weekend, Ben Howard and others. Should be a hell of a day.

PS. check out the girl on bass’ facial expressions. Phenomenal gurning.

Hooded Fang – Gravez

New music from Canadian garage rock band Hooded Fang! I had a university exam earlier that didn’t go as well as I’d hoped but this is a day brightener if ever I’ve seen one. Can’t wait for the album, if you haven’t heard them before then listen to the previous album ‘Tosta Mista’. It’s brilliant if a bit short!

Laura Marling – Master Hunter

Laura Marling is a British folk singer who has released three brilliant albums up to this point. Very excited for her new one and here’s a single from it!

The Vaccines – Misbehaviour

An often overlooked bonus track from the most recent Vaccines album, called ‘Come Of Age’. Fucking love this band, rock pop as it should be.

Bear’s Den – Isaac

Supposed to be going to see these in July but I know very little about them! Has anyone seen them live or know much about them? Anyway it’s a pretty good first impression.

The Crookes – Bear’s Blood

New single from English indie band, The Crookes. Looking to see these guys in July at the X& Y Festival in Liverpool. Decent previous three albums, does this mean another? I hope so.
